DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. – During Saturday’s Jesse Owens Hall of Fame Banquet, Bill Hickman and Len and Karen Krsak were presented with special recognition from USATF President Stephanie Hightower. Hickman was given the Robert Giegengack Award which the Krsak family were honored with the Heliodoro and Patricia Rico Lifetime Achievement Award.
